Healthy Tuna Salad Lettuce Wrap

Achieve a fit body with this easy Tuna Salad Lettuce Wrap recipe, using Bumble Bee® Solid White Albacore tuna. With all the flavors and half the calories of a typical sandwich or wrap, this nutritious recipe is highlights light, crispy and creamy textures all in one bite! Use Greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise for lighter touch.

1 can (5 oz) Bumble Bee® Solid White Albacore tuna, drained

4 Romaine Lettuce leaves

16 cherry tomatoes, halved

1 ripe Avocado, diced

½ medium red onion, chopped

4 hard boiled eggs, sliced and for garnish

2 tablespoons of sweet pickle relish

2 tablespoons of light mayonnaise, substitute Greek yogurt as alternative

2 tablespoons of fresh mint, minced

2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard

1 teaspoon of lemon juice

1 teaspoon of pink sea salt & fresh cracked pepper to taste

1 teaspoon of Spanish paprika, for garnish


Mix Dijon mustard, red onion, chopped mint, mayonnaise, relish, and lemon juice in a bowl. Combine well. Fold in drained Solid White Albacore In Water gently, leaving the tuna in chunks. Spoon mixture onto a leaf of Romaine Lettuce. Add avocado, tomato, salt and pepper on top. Serve with hard boiled eggs garnished with Spanish Paprika. Enjoy!
