Thai Chili Tuna Spring Roll

Spring Roll
2 pouches (2.5 oz) Bumble Bee® Spicy Thai Chili Seasoned Tuna Pouch with Spoon
Rice paper wrappers
A handful of basil and cilantro
1 avocado
½ cucumber
1 red bell pepper
1 yellow bell pepper
1 medium zucchini
1 medium carrot

Dipping Sauce
1 diced garlic clove
1 inch, diced piece of fresh ginger
¼ cup lime juice
2 tbsp fish sauce
2 tbsp cane sugar


Mix together the ginger, sugar, fish sauce, garlic and lime juice in a small bowl. Mix until sugar begins to dissolve, then set aside.

Slice avocado into fine pieces by cutting in half and removing the pit. Slice cucumber, carrot, bell peppers and zucchini into thin, long sticks, no longer than 2 inches and no thicker than ¼ of an inch.

Fill a bowl with room temperature water in order to prep for your spring rolls

Place the rice paper in water for no more than 5 seconds, for wet – not soaked – paper. Place on a damp towel.

Put a few pieces of basil and/or cilantro on top of the rice paper, along with approximately 2-3 pieces of each vegetable, 1½ tablespoon of tuna and 2 slices of avocado.

Roll up the sides of the rice paper, as well as the bottom. Add second piece of rice paper if breakage occurs.

Repeat until you run out of your ingredients.
