Spicy Tuna Pasta Bake

3-4 (2.5 oz.) Bumble Bee® Spicy Thai Chili Seasoned Tuna Pouches
12 ounces of macaroni pasta, dried
1 1/5 ounces of butter
2 cups of milk
1 cup of cheese (your choice), grated
1/2 cup of corn kernels
1/2 cup of breadcrumbs
2 tbsp of plain flour
2 cloves of garlic, diced
1 medium onion, diced
Salt and pepper to taste


Preheat oven to 430 degrees.

Boil water in a medium saucepan. Cook pasta. Drain all but ¼ cup of water from the saucepan. Mix in pasta and tuna with leftover water.

Cover bottom of a separate saucepan with butter. Place over a medium heat, cook onion and garlic until golden brown. Add flour. Whisk in all ingredients for about 90 seconds or until bubbling.

Remove pan from heat. Add in milk, ¼ cup at a time, stirring until all ingredients reach a perfect consistence. Mix may be in a runny liquid state at this point.

Place saucepan back on the heat. Stir constantly, for 4-5 minutes or until sauce boils. Once sauce thickens, remove from the heat. Mix in ¼ cup of cheese and corn. Season as desired.

Combine sauce with tuna and pasta. Mix. Scoop mixture into an oven dish. Top tuna pasta bake with cheese and breadcrumbs. Bake for 13-15 minutes or until cheese reaches a melted golden brown.
