Spicy Tuna Cucumber Sushi

Make your own sushi with this Spicy Tuna Cucumber Roll recipe. 1 can (5 oz) Bumble Bee® Solid White Albacore Tuna, drained
2 English cucumber, cut lengthwise thinly
¼ cup mayonnaise
2 green onions, chopped
1 tablespoon chili paste
1 tablespoon pickled ginger, minced
½ teaspoon sesame oil
½ teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon sea salt
3 tablespoons rice vinegar
1 cup sushi rice, cooked and chilled
4 radishes, julienned into matchsticks
1 teaspoon sesame seeds, for garnish
Tamari, for serving


Ensure that the thinly sliced cucumber is thin enough to roll but not break or tear.

In a small bowl, mix tuna with mayonnaise, green onions, chili paste, ginger, sesame oil, garlic powder and sea salt.

In another bowl, mix the rice vinegar into the sushi rice.

Get ready for sushi assembly and lay out cucumber slices on a cutting board.

Scoop a small amount of rice and tuna onto each cucumber slice, about an inch from one end. Layer some radish matchsticks on top. Roll each cucumber, tucking the filling in tightly and secure with a toothpick until ready to eat.

Sprinkle sesame seeds as garnish and serve with Tamari.
