Shrimp Mushroom Casserole

Servings: Serves 6


3 cans (4 oz) Medium Shrimp, drained

4 ounces dry Chinese egg noodles or dry angel hair pasta

1 can (10 3/4 oz) cream of mushroom soup

1/4 cup water

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 cup chopped celery

1 cup raw cashew nuts

1/2 cup chopped green onion

1 can (4 oz drained weight) mushrooms, sliced


Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Prepare noodles or pasta according to package directions. In medium bowl, combine pasta, mushroom soup, water, soy sauce, celery, nuts, onion and mushrooms. Mix well and place in a prepared 2 quart casserole dish. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden and hot.
