Sesame Tuna Rice Bowl With Fried Egg

1 5-oz can of Bumble Bee Solid White Albacore Tuna, drained
1 avocado, sliced
1 whole brown egg
2 cups of water
1/2 cup of brown rice
2 teaspoons of sesame seeds, save half for garnish
1 teaspoon of butter
1 teaspoon of pepper
1 teaspoon of soy sauce
1 teaspoon of ginger powder
1/4 teaspoon of sesame oil


Start cooking the rice in a sauce pan by combining rice, sesame oil, soy sauce, and water. Bring it to a boil before reducing heat and simmering for 20 minutes. Once the rice is cooked; mix in half a can of tuna along with the ginger powder, pepper, and half of the sesame seeds.

In a separate skillet, heat the butter and fry an egg. Put the rice bowl together by spooning rice into the bowl before topping with sliced avocados and the other half of the tuna can. Gently place the fried egg on top to complete the bowl and garnish with sesame seeds. Enjoy!
