Sesame Chicken Noodle Salad

Servings: Makes 3 servings


1 can (10 oz) Premium Chicken Breast chunk in water, drained

1/2 pound dry vermicelli pasta

1/2 cup chopped green onions

1/2 cup shredded carrot

1/2 cup diced bell pepper

1/4 cup chopped almonds

1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Sauce: (Blend in small bowl)

1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger

2 tablespoons sesame oil

3 tablespoons rice vinegar

2 tablespoons soy sauce

2 tablespoons chili garlic sauce


Prepare pasta according to package directions. Set aside. In large serving bowl, toss hot pasta, onions, carrot, bell pepper, almonds, sesame seeds and sauce until evenly coated. Makes 3 servings.
