Salmon Croquettes

An old Bumble Bee favorite, brought back just for you!

Prep Time: 30 minutes
Servings: Serves 4-6 (For appetizers)


1 can (14.75 oz) Salmon, drained and flaked (remove skin & bones as desired)

1 cup soft bread crumbs

1 clove garlic, pressed

1 large raw egg

1/4 cup low-fat milk

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Vegetable oil for frying


Combine salmon, bread crumbs, garlic, egg, milk and Worcestershire sauce. Form into about 12 (1 1/2 -inch) balls. Heat oil, about 1-inch deep, in skillet. Place croquettes into hot oil and brown well on all sides. Cooking approximately 2 – 3 minutes turning several times. Makes 12.
