Rockin’ Rolled Tuna Spirals

Servings: Serves 4 (2 each)


2 cans or pouches (5 oz) Tuna, drained and flaked

1 tablespoon lemon juice

8 (10 inch) flour tortillas

1 cup shredded lettuce

1/4 cup deli sliced jalapeno peppers (bottled), drained

1 cup salsa

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese


Combine tuna and lemon juice. Lay tortillas flat and place lettuce down center of each tortilla. Top with tuna, jalapeno, salsa and cheese. Roll up tortilla, ends open and secure with toothpicks.
