Quick Chicken Curry

Servings: Serves 2


1 can (5 oz) Premium White Chicken chunk in water, undrained

1 teaspoon butter

1 teaspoon curry powder

1/4 cup diced green onion

2/3 cup condensed cream of chicken soup

1/2 red apple, seeded and diced

2 tablespoons raisins

2/3 cup water

2 cups cooked rice, hot

1/4 cup cashews


In large skillet, melt butter and cook chicken, curry and onion for about 5 minutes. Add condensed soup, apples, raisins and water and cook for about 10 minutes bring to a low simmer. Serve over hot steamed rice and top with cashews. Serves 2.
