Oyster Veggie Chowder

Servings: Serves 4


1 can (8 oz) Fancy Whole Oysters, drained (reserve liquid)

1 can (10.75 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup

1 package (1.4 oz) dry vegetable soup mix

2 1/2 cups water and reserved liquid to equal 3 cups

1 can (14.75 oz) cream-style corn


In medium saucepan, combine mushroom soup, dry soup mix, water and reserved oyster liquid. Cook over medium heat, stirring until smooth. Add corn and oysters to soup mixture. Cook 10 minutes or until hot, stirring occasionally. Makes 5 1/2 cups.
