Mini Melts

Hummus and crunchy celery pieces meld with mustard to infuse these tuna bites with crunchy and creamy flavor.

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Servings: 4 (makes 16 mini melts)


1 can (5 oz) Prime Fillet® Solid White Albacore in Water, drained and flaked

2 tablespoons hummus

2 teaspoons Dijon mustard

1 teaspoon dried thyme

1/8 teaspoon black pepper

2 tablespoons chopped celery

16 reduced sodium square baked whole wheat snack crackers

1/4 cup shredded reduced fat cheddar cheese


Gently stir the tuna, hummus, mustard, thyme, pepper, and celery together in a medium bowl until combined. Place a spoonful of tuna mixture onto each of 16 snack crackers and top each with a scant teaspoon of cheese. Broil topped crackers on high for 1 minute, or until cheese is melted.
