
Ingredients
1 can (14.75 oz) or 3 cans (5 oz.) Salmon, drained and flaked (remove skin & bones as desired)
1 teaspoon Kosher salt
3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
2 teaspoons fresh ginger, minced
1 medium red onion, diced
3 teaspoons Thai red pepper, seeded and minced
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Directions
In medium bowl, combine salmon, salt, lime, ginger, red onion, red pepper, and cilantro. Toss mixture gently. Garnish with lime wedges and red peppers as desired. Serve with tortilla chips or crackers.
