Herbed Salmon Ball

An old Bumble Bee Favorite, brought back just for you!

Prep Time: 60 minutes
Servings: Serves 6 - 8


1 can (14.75 oz) Salmon, drained and flaked (remove skin & bones as desired)

1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened

1 clove garlic, pressed

1/2 cup small curd cottage cheese

1/2 cup diced onion

2 teaspoons dry herb blend (rosemary, marjoram, thyme and savory)

1 cup chopped fresh parsley

1/2 cup chopped walnuts



Combine salmon, cream cheese, garlic, cottage cheese, onion, and herb blend. Form into ball. Cover and chill (1 – 3 hours). Roll in chopped parsley and walnuts to coat. Serve on platter with crackers.
