Five-Minute Skinny Spicy Tuna Tacos

Our five-minute Skinny Spicy Tuna Tacos are fast, healthy, and fully customizable to your taste and spice level. They’re also a fantastically fun way to get the kids to help with dinner, although we can’t guarantee that’ll only take five minutes.
- 1 can (5 oz) Prime Fillet® Albacore Tuna with Chipotle & Olive Oil
- 1 Hass avocado, cut into small cubes
- 1/4 cup chopped tomato
- 1/2 cup greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon chipotle in adobo
- 1/4 shredded purple cabbage
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 4 corn tortillas
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- Salt to taste
In small bowl, mix the yogurt, chipotle, lime juice and a dash of salt, set aside. Drain the oil from the tuna.
Top the tortilla with the tuna, tomato, avocado and red cabbage. Drizzle tortilla with the chipotle and yogurt “crema”. Sprinkle with shredded cilantro.
