Spicy Thai Tuna Burger

2 pouches (2.5 oz) Seasoned Tuna Spicy Thai Chili, drained

1 cup Panko bread crumbs

2 eggs, lightly beaten

4 scallion, sliced


Brioche bun

Drain the excess liquid off of the tuna and place into a mixing bowl. Remove the chili from the tuna. Add the sliced scallions, panko, and lightly beaten egg. Gently mix everything together with a rubber spatula. If you feel the mixture is too wet, simple add some more bread crumbs. When a tester patty holds together, its ready. Place a skillet over medium/high heat and allow to get hot. Add the oil to the skillet. Make your tuna burger patties and place into the hot skillet. Cook for 4 minutes on one side, flip and cook for 4 minutes on the other. Assemble the burger. I recommend lettuce, onion, and coleslaw. Serve and Enjoy!
