Chicken & Mandarin Fruit Salad

Chicken salad with a twist! With a delightful mix of sweet fruit and nutty crunch, this easy to make chicken salad is full of flavor!

Servings: Serves 4


2 cans (10 oz) Premium White Chicken Chunk in Water, drained, cut into bite size pieces

1 cup sliced celery

1 package (2 oz) slivered almonds, lightly toasted

1 can (11 oz) mandarin oranges, drained

1 1/2 cups green grapes, halved

1 cup light or fat free mayonnaise

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1/4 cup light or fat free sour cream

1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt

Dash of black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder, if desired

8 lettuce leaves


In a large bowl, combine chicken, celery, almonds, oranges, and grapes. Mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, sour cream, and seasonings, and pour over chicken; mix gently. Serve on a bed of lettuce or leaves of purple savoy.
