Ingredients

  • 2 cans Bumble Bee Solid White Albacore Tuna​
  • 1 can cannellini beans ​
  • 1/3 cup red onion, finely chopped​
  • 1 Roma tomato, chopped​
  • 1/3 cup fresh parsley, chopped ​
  • 2 avocados​

Dressing:

  • 1/3 cup olive oil​
  • 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar ​
  • ¼ teaspoon salt ​
  • ¼ teaspoon white pepper

Directions

In a large mixing bowl whisk together dressing ingredients until combined. ​

Drain Bumble Bee Tuna and drain and rinse beans. ​

To dressing, add tuna, beans, red onion, tomato, parsley and gently stir until combined.​

Cut avocados in half and remove pits.​

Divide tuna mix among 4 avocado halves.
