LIGHT TUNA GARDEN SALAD

- 1 pouch (2.5 oz.) Bumble Bee Light Tuna
- 1 small zucchini
- ½ cup sliced carrot
- ½ cup yellow squash slices, halved
- ¼ cup slivered red onion
- 2 tablespoons thinly sliced radishes
- ¼ cup thin strips red pepper
- Salt and pepper
Using a vegetable peeler, shave zucchini into long ribbons.
Combine zucchini, carrots, yellow squash, red onion and radishes; gently fold in tuna, season with salt and pepper to taste.
