Ingredients

  • 1 pouch Bumble Bee Lemon Sesame & Ginger Seasoned Tuna
  • 2 large leaves bibb or butter lettuce
  • ½ cup fresh orange segments
  • ¼ cup matchstick cut carrot
  • ¼ cup edamame
  • ¼ cup shredded red cabbage
  • ¼ cup thin strips red pepper
  • 2 tablespoons toasted sliced almonds
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • ½ teaspoon lemon juice
  • ¼ teaspoon sesame seed oil
  • Sesame seeds

Directions

Place lettuce leaves on a serving plate.

Gently combine tuna, orange, carrot, edamame, red cabbage, red pepper and almonds in a bowl; spoon into lettuce leaves.

Combine vinegar, soy sauce, honey, lemon juice and sesame seed oil in a small bowl; drizzle over salad.

Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
