LEMON SESAME & GINGER TUNA LETTUCE CUPS

- 1 pouch Bumble Bee Lemon Sesame & Ginger Seasoned Tuna
- 2 large leaves bibb or butter lettuce
- ½ cup fresh orange segments
- ¼ cup matchstick cut carrot
- ¼ cup edamame
- ¼ cup shredded red cabbage
- ¼ cup thin strips red pepper
- 2 tablespoons toasted sliced almonds
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon honey
- ½ teaspoon lemon juice
- ¼ teaspoon sesame seed oil
- Sesame seeds
Place lettuce leaves on a serving plate.
Gently combine tuna, orange, carrot, edamame, red cabbage, red pepper and almonds in a bowl; spoon into lettuce leaves.
Combine vinegar, soy sauce, honey, lemon juice and sesame seed oil in a small bowl; drizzle over salad.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
