Tuna And Cheese Pie

Ingredients:

2 cans or pouches (5 oz) Bumble Bee® Tuna, drained and flaked or one (14.75 oz) can Bumble Bee® Pink Salmon
3 large raw eggs
½ cup chopped green onions
1 cup half and half
1 clove garlic, minced or pressed
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
2 cups (8oz) shredded Swiss cheese or jack cheese
1 cup chopped fresh broccoli florets
1 9-inch pie shell

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°F.  Prebake pie shell according to package directions until barely golden.  Set aside.  In large bowl, beat eggs, onions, half and half, garlic, salt and pepper until well blended. Arrange tuna in baked pie shell, mounding towards the center, add broccoli and cheese.  Pour egg mixture to cover tuna.  Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes or until filling is puffed and lightly browned.
