Sesame Salmon Tacos

Open sesame. Then open a pouch of salmon, your taco shells, some shredded cabbage, and you’re set to spice up your Fish Friday fiesta with our super fresh, super easy, superfood tacos.
- 1 pouch Bumble Bee® Pink Salmon or 1 (5 oz) pouch Bumble Bee® Wild Caught Albacore Tuna
- Red and green cabbage, shredded
- ½ small red onion
- ¼ cup plain yogurt
- Toasted sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- Corn tortillas
- ¼ Lime
- ¼ tablespoon garlic powder
In a small bowl, mix shredded red and green cabbage with ½ small thinly sliced red onion, juice of ½ lime, ¼ tsp garlic powder and a pinch of salt.
In another small bowl, whisk juice of ½ lime with ¼ cup plain yogurt and set aside.
Heat 1 pouch pink salmon in a skillet with a few tbs toasted sesame oil and stir in 1 tbs sesame seeds. Char 2 corn tortillas on open gas flame and transfer to a plate.
Top tortillas with salmon, cabbage, cilantro sprigs and drizzle with lime yogurt.
Serve with sriracha and lime wedges!
