Keto Tuna Tacos

This recipe is easy to make and a great way to stay keto, even on taco night! Load the tacos with your favorite toppings and violá! A delicious meal in minutes.
- 1 can Bumble Bee Solid White Albacore Tuna, drained
- ¼ cup pepitas (green pumpkin seeds)
- ¾ cup cilantro, packed
- ½ cup spinach, packed
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- ¼ teaspoon sea salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 8 leaves butter lettuce
Blend together pepitas, cilantro, spinach, sour cream, green onions, lime juice salt and pepper until smooth.
Add pepita-cilantro dressing to Bumble Bee Tuna and gently stir together to coat.
Divide the tuna mixture onto lettuce leaves, then top each with your favorites. We used sour cream, cheese, tomato and red onion.
