Ingredients

Crab Fries

  • 1 (6 oz) can of Bumble Bee White® Crab Meat, drained
  • 2 bags frozen french fries
  • 2 tsp cajun seasoning or Old Bay
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp Chopped parsley
  • Jalapeno slices (as many as you want depending on desired spice level)
  • tbsp Chopped Chives
  • Lemon Wedges for garnish
  • Aioli:
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp salt

Directions

Bake fries according to package directions. Toss fries with old bay and minced garlic until well combined.

While fries are baking, make the aioli. Mix together mayonnaise, garlic cloves, lemon juice and salt until well combined. Transfer mixture to a plastic bag or pastry bag and snip the tip off for drizzling.

Top fries evenly with canned crab meat and drizzle with aioli. Top with chopped parsley, chives, jalapeno slices and chives and lemon wedges for serving.
