Jalapeño Tuna Quesadilla

You can be the best cook in the house without whipping up some complicated recipe. Here’s the trick: make this simple, spicy, and ever-pleasing jalapeño tuna quesadilla.
- 1 5 oz can Prime Fillet® Albacore Tuna with Jalapeños & Olive Oil
- 2 flour tortillas
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 cup Mexican Cheese, shredded
Coat pan with oil and heat before placing tortilla into pan.
Top with cheese and add can of Prime Fillet Albacore Tuna with Jalapeños & Olive Oil to half of the tortilla when the cheese starts to melt. Melt the cheese more with the tuna before folding the tortilla into a quesadilla. Enjoy!
