Pizza with Tuna Crust

- 1 can Bumble Bee Solid White Albacore Tuna, drained
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
- 1 large egg
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ⅓ cup keto friendly tomato sauce (we used Cucina Antica, Tomato Basil)
- ½ cup mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup black olives
- 2 tablespoons basil, chopped
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes, optional
Preheat your oven to 425°F and have a baking sheet handy.
Microwave mozzarella for the crust for 45-60 seconds until melted and stir well.
To the melted cheese, add Bumble Bee Tuna, almond flour, egg, baking powder and seasoning. Mix until incorporated.
From dough into a round ball and place between 2 large pieces of parchment paper.
Use a rolling pin to roll dough ball into a ¼ inch thick pizza crust.
Remove top piece of parchment paper and use a fork to poke holes pizza crust.
Move crust still on bottom parchment paper to baking sheet and bake 20 minutes.
Remove from oven, flip crust over and top with tomato sauce, mozzarella and olives then cook for another 15 minutes.
Remove from oven, cut into 6-8 slices and top with red pepper flakes and basil.
