This canned chicken quesadilla recipe takes the mess and stress out of the goodness that is a chicken quesadilla, so you can quickly sit back and wrap your taste buds in a warm tortilla filled with melted, cheesy, chicken deliciousness.
- 1 can (5 oz) Premium Chicken Breast chunk in water, drained
- 1 tablespoon margarine or butter
- 4 (9 inch) flour tortillas
- 2/3 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup salsa
Prepare one side of each tortilla with margarine; place 2 tortillas margarine side down on heated skillet.
Divide chicken, cheese and salsa evenly on each tortilla. Place remaining two tortillas on top of filling with margarine side face up.
Heat filled tortilla on hot skillet for 2 minutes each side or until cheese melts. Cut in quarters to serve if desired.
