Tuna Salad Plate

3 cans or pouches (5 oz) Tuna, drained and flaked
2 tablespoons chopped green bell pepper
1/2 cup diced cucumber
2 green onions, chopped
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
4 radishes, sliced
6 ounce bag pre-packaged spinach or mixed greens
Garnish with radishes and sweet pickles


Combine tuna, bell pepper, cucumber, onions, lemon juice, mayonnaise, nutmeg, salt and pepper. Arrange spinach on platter and top with tuna mixture. Garnish with radishes and sweet pickles.
