Tuna n Feta Bruschetta
With just a few ingredients, this appetizer is simple, yet it’s packed with flavor. The combination of lightly toasted French baguette, warm soft goat cheese, savory tuna, and the sweet aroma of basil, make this appetizer irresistible.

1 can or pouch (5 oz) Bumble Bee® Tuna, drained and flaked
1 loaf French bread, sliced crosswise into 8 pieces
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 fresh Roma tomatoes, diced
2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 cup crumbled feta or goat cheese
Toast French bread under broiler. In a small bowl, mix olive oil and garlic. Spoon olive and garlic mix onto toasted slices. In a medium bowl, combine tomatoes, tuna, basil, salt and pepper. Top each toast with tuna mixture and cheese. Place in oven at 350 degrees F for 10 to 15 minutes or until cheese is browned. Makes 8 bruschetta.
