King Neptune's Quiche
We love quiche because it is so easy and quick to prepare on a weeknight. Just combine our savory tuna, cheddar cheese (or pepper jack cheese for a little kick), mushroom, and green onion in a pie shell. Add a salad and dinner's done!

Ingredients:
2 cans or pouches (5 oz) Bumble Bee® Tuna, drained and flaked
1 jar (6 oz.) sliced mushrooms, drained weight
1 9-inch frozen or refrigerated pie crust shell
2 cups (8oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese or pepper jack cheese
4 large raw eggs, beaten
1 ½ cups half-and-half or whole milk
¼ cup chopped green onion
