Chicken Pasta Primavera

Servings: Serves 2


1 can (5 oz) Premium Chicken Breast Chunk in Water, drained
4 ounces dry spinach fettuccini
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 cup cooked mixed zucchini & squash
1/2 cup sauteed sliced bell peppers
1/2 cup cooked broccoli florets
1 teaspoon oregano
1 tablespoon pine nuts
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
Red pepper flakes (as desired)


Prepare pasta according to package directions. Set aside. Heat oil in large skillet; combine chicken, pasta, squash, bell pepper, broccoli and oregano. Toss gently to heat through. Top with nuts, Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes.
