
Cheesy Tuna Meatballs
Baked and packed with delicious flavors, these Cheesy Tuna Meatballs made with Bumble Bee® Prime Fillet® Albacore Tuna with Sundried Tomatoes & Olive Oil are so tasty, they’ll make you forget about traditional meatballs.

Ingredients
1 can (5 oz.) of Bumble Bee® Prime Fillet® Albacore Tuna with Sundried Tomatoes & Olive Oil
1/4 cup sundried tomatoes, thinly sliced
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
3 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt
1/2 teaspoon basil, dried
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Prepare a baking sheet with nonstick spray and set aside. Combine tuna, thinly sliced sundried tomatoes, bread crumbs, cheese, Greek yogurt, dried basil and garlic powder in a bowl and mix until evenly incorporated. Take a spoon or ice cream scoop and create golf-sized balls. Place balls on baking sheet. Bake tuna balls for about 9 minutes or until golden brown. Best if served immediately.
