Cheesy Tuna Fish Cakes



Keep up with the fast pace of being a parent and have dinner ready in a flash. With this easy tuna fish cakes recipe and Solid White Albacore Tuna, you can sneak in veggies while still appealing to your kid’s taste buds. Dip it in ketchup or BBQ sauce for a dinner home run.

Servings: 4 servings

Ingredients

2 5 oz cans of Solid White Albacore In Water
1 package of stuffing mix
2 tablespoons of pickled relish
1 ½ cup of shredded cheese
¾ cup of shredded carrots
⅓ cup of mayonnaise
½ cup of water


Directions

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Cover and stick in the refrigerator for 15 minutes minimum. This helps the mix come together so it forms into a patty more easily. Form the patty by scooping about ¾ cup of the mixture out and roll into a ball. Press firmly to flatten it.

Fry in a pan with olive oil. Be careful not to burn it so adjust the heat accordingly. Press the patty down with a spatula to flatten more. Flip when one side starts to brown. Take off heat when both sides are browned. Serve and enjoy!
