Avocado Tuna Wrap

For a quick snack or lunch, try this easy Avocado Tuna Wrap recipe. Versatile enough to match any diet, load up on nutrition with less carbs by using gluten free or lettuce wraps and Solid White Albacore Tuna. You can also adapt this recipe to any time of year by changing the ingredients to match in season vegetables.

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Servings: 4 wraps


2 5 oz cans of Solid White Albacore Tuna In Water, drained
1 tomato, diced
3 green onions, sliced separately based on white and green parts
1 avocado, diced
½ cup cucumber, diced
¼ cup of your favorite tuna dressing (ie: ranch, mayonnaise, aioli)
1 package gluten free wraps, substitute for low carb wraps or large lettuce leaves
1 teaspoon of salt & pepper to taste


Combine tuna, tomato, cucumber, green onions, avocado, tuna dressing, salt, and pepper into a bowl. Toss gently. Lay your desired wrap down onto a flat surface. Add lettuce onto the wrap. Fill the wrap with avocado tuna filling. Drizzle your desired dressing over the avocado tuna filling mixture. Roll the wrap and serve. Enjoy!
