- 1 Bumble Bee® Lemon & Pepper Seasoned Tuna Pouch with Spork
- 1 (15 oz) can Chickpeas, drained and dried with paper towel
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
- 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp Olive Tapenade
- 2 slices Whole Grain bread, grilled or toasted
- 2 Romain Lettuce Leaves
- 1/3 cup Cherry Tomatoes, halved
- 2 Gherkin Pickles, halved
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Heat olive oil in a large skillet and add chickpeas with paprika, garlic powder and salt.
Cook until chickpeas are crispy, about 5 minutes.
On a large plate, compose crispy chickpeas with olive tapenade, grilled whole grain bread, lettuce leaves, halved cherry tomatoes, sliced pickles and tuna.
Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
