Ingredients

  • 1 pouch (2.5 oz.) Bumble Bee Cracked Pepper & Sea Salt Tuna
  • 1½ cup torn kale leaves
  • 1/3 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1/3 cup thin strips red pepper
  • ¼ cup slivered red onion
  • 2 tablespoons sliced almonds
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Directions

Place kale, quinoa, red pepper, red onion and almonds in a large bowl and toss to combine, gently fold in tuna; transfer to a plate.

Combine oil and lemon juice, drizzle over salad.
