CRACKED PEPPER & SEA SALT TUNA KALE SALAD

- 1 pouch (2.5 oz.) Bumble Bee Cracked Pepper & Sea Salt Tuna
- 1½ cup torn kale leaves
- 1/3 cup cooked quinoa
- 1/3 cup thin strips red pepper
- ¼ cup slivered red onion
- 2 tablespoons sliced almonds
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Place kale, quinoa, red pepper, red onion and almonds in a large bowl and toss to combine, gently fold in tuna; transfer to a plate.
Combine oil and lemon juice, drizzle over salad.
