MEDITERRANEAN TUNA CAPRESE MELT

- 1 pouch (2.5 oz.) Bumble Bee Mediterranean Herbs & Spices Tuna
- 3 slices rustic multigrain bread
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 3 slices fresh mozzarella, halved
- 6 slices plum tomato
- ¼ cup fresh basil leaves
Brush oil on one side of each slice of bread.
Lay bread, oiled sides down in large skillet over medium-low heat.
Layer 2 half slices cheese, several basil leaves, 3 tomato slices and half of the tuna over 2 slices of bread.
Place remaining cheese and basil over the third slice of bread.
Heat until cheese melts; layer 1 slice of bread with tuna over the same, flip bread with cheese and basil only onto top slice of bread with tuna, continue cooking until lightly browned on both sides.
