Superset Workouts

Recently, I shared how workouts that incorporate combo moves can help you save time in the gym. Making time for workouts can be a struggle, but being equipped with quick, efficient workouts makes all the difference. Like combo moves, supersets allow you to work more muscles in less time.


Supersets work by completing two exercises back to back with no rest in between. After you complete each superset, you rest for one to two minutes before moving on to the next. This limits the time you are standing around in the gym between sets.


This Full Body Superset Workout is one that I’ve done a lot in the past. It’s fast-paced and fun. I definitely recommend it if you’ve been suffering from workout boredom recently.
