St. Patrick’s Day Workout

When it comes to fitness, there is no such thing as relying on luck. You definitely have to put in the work to reap the rewards. However, there is no shame in making your workouts a little more fun. In honor of St. Patrick’s Day, I’m sharing a “lucky number 7” themed workout. There are 7 moves that you complete 7 times each, for a total of 7 rounds. If you’re up for the challenge, complete the following circuit seven times as quickly as you can.


While this is a “for time” workout, don’t sacrifice form for speed. Make sure to engage your muscles throughout each repetition and slow down if you need to at any time.
