What Does it Entail?
The DVD-set includes a full 30-day workout schedule, which you can do at your own pace. You have the options to choose between a 25-minute, 45-minute, and 60-minute toning workout or body specific sculpting classes. For those that are a bit in the dark when it comes to meal plans and nutrition, there is also an included meal plan and shopping list to show you the way.
