Summer vacations are just around the corner, and many of us will be heading to the shore before you know it. I don’t know about everyone else, but this time of year always hits me with a mix of excitement and panic. The good news is that we can all breathe a sigh of relief because there is still time to get beach ready. When it comes to building a great beach body, it’s all about looking and feeling confident out there. Below are my top five tips for rocking it out on the sand this summer.

Keep it Moving
