Who’s excited for Halloween? It will be here before you know it. The best part about celebrating as an adult is that you don’t have to dress up to get in the spirit; you can just work out! Before you think I’m totally crazy, hear me out.
I’ve said this before, but any time I can make fitness fun, I do. You’re much more likely to take time to break a sweat if you know it’s also going to make you break out in a huge grin. For that reason, themed workouts are one of my favorite ways to spice up a typical workout. I’m not sure why, but silly-sounding moves and holiday playlists always motivate me to get up and get moving.
Working out on Halloween is no exception. I indulge in a few of my favorite treats, but I also try to trick my body into moving. A few ridiculous moves and spooky songs later, I’m good to go. One of my favorite holiday-themed workouts revolves around Superheroes. I mean, who doesn’t want to be one?
