December is one of the busiest months of the year, so it’s no surprise that our calendars start getting a little packed. Honestly, it can be tempting to skip workouts during the hustle and bustle of the holiday season. The good news is that you don’t need to totally ditch your fitness plans. This 12 Days of Christmas workout is the solution when you are lacking time and motivation. Bodyweight circuits are quick and efficient, require no equipment, and can be done just about anywhere.
