Tuna Tapenade featuring Bumble Bee Solid White Albacore in Water

If you need a simple and packable lunch that is packed with protein and healthy fats, try this. It can easily be made ahead of time and packed to travel with you.

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup canned pitted black olives
  • 1/2 cup jarred pitted green olives
  • 1/2 cup jarred pitted kalamata olives
  • 1T. lemon juice
  • 1.5 T. pesto
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 (5 to 6-ounce) can Bumble Bee Albacore tuna, in water
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
Directions
  1. Pulse all the ingredients, except the tuna, in a food processor until olives are broken and in pieces. Olives should be very broken down.
  2. Add in tuna and pulse together.
  3. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.

    Delicious and easy – Served with crackers at a party at home and they were eaten up so fast that I had to make a second batch – Because this is so easy to make – had the second batch up and running in less then 15 minutes – This batch also was eaten very fast – But I told my guests that;s it –
