I fully believe that all you need for a “bikini body” is a body and a bikini. That being said, there is nothing wrong with wanting to look and feel your best on the beach all summer long. My favorite way to prepare for the summer is to complete workouts that leave me feeling stronger, leaner, and more confident. The following total-body bodyweight circuit is one great option, because it can be completed anywhere at any time. Repeat the following circuit 2-3 times, resting as needed.
