Yankee Seashell Salad

1 can (14.75 oz) Salmon, drained and flaked (remove skin & bones as desired)

16 ounces dry small shell pasta

1 1/2 cups chopped green bell pepper

1 1/2 cups corn, drained

1 1/2 cups sliced radishes

1/2 cup sliced ripe olives

1 tablespoon mustard

1 cup mayonnaise

1/3 cup light sour cream


Prepare pasta according to package directions. Set aside to cool. In medium serving bowl, combine salmon, pasta, bell pepper, corn, radishes and olives. In small bowl, combine mustard, mayonnaise and sour cream for dressing. Toss salmon pasta mixture with dressing.
