Tuscan Tonno Pasta Salad

A delicious combination of our premium tonno tuna in olive oil paired with peppery arugula and pasta. Topped with shaved Parmesan cheese, this dish may look gourmet, but easy and quick to make.

1 can (5 oz) Prime Fillet® Tonno in Olive Oil, Lightly Drained

1 ripe Roma tomato, cut into 4 pieces

1 cup washed arugula, packed

1/2 cup cooked penne pasta

1/4 cup sliced black olives

3 basil leaves, torn

1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

1 teaspoon shaved parmesan cheese to finish

Salt and pepper to season


Combine all ingredients except Parmesan cheese in a mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly to incorporate all ingredients. Place in a serving bowl and finish with the parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.
