Tuna Pizza with Prosciutto

2 cans or pouches (5 oz) Tuna, drained and flaked
1 (12 inch) Italian bread shell for pizza
1 teaspoon olive oil
8 slices (1 oz) prosciutto
2 medium tomatoes, sliced 1/4 inch thick
1 cup crumble feta cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
crushed red pepper (optional)


Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Place pizza shell on lined baking sheet, brush with olive oil. Place tuna, prosciutto, tomatoes and feta on top of pizza shell. Top with mozzarella cheese. Bake for 10 minutes or until cheeses are melted and pizza is heated through. Serve with crushed red pepper as desired. Makes 8 slices.
