
Tropical Paleo Tuna Burgers

Servings: 4 burgers
Ingredients
2 5-oz cans of Bumble Bee® Solid White Albacore Tuna in Water, drained
2 cloves of garlic, minced
4 tablespoons of almond flour
2 egg whites
1 teaspoon of sesame oil
1 tablespoon of Coconut Aminos (or soy sauce for non-paleo preference)
2/3 cup of pineapple chunks, drained
1/4 teaspoon of grounded ginger
1/2 cup of finely chopped cilantro
1/4 teaspoon of red chili flakes
1/2 tablespoon of lime juice
1 teaspoon of salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees to Fahrenheit. Using a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients until they’ve combine evenly. Be careful not to over mix the ingredients. Drain any remaining liquid from the mixture and form into 4 patties. Spray a baking sheet with non-stick spray and place the patties on the sheet. Bake the patties for 20 minutes. Carefully flip the patties and bake for 15 more minutes. Serve while warm on buns, in lettuce wraps, or by themselves. Enjoy!
