Tomatoes Stuffed with Curried Tuna

2 cans or pouches (5 oz) Bumble Bee® Tuna, drained and flaked
3 tablespoons light mayonnaise
1 teaspoon curry powder
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh dill
1/2 cup diced celery
2 tablespoons shredded carrot
2 tablespoons diced green onion
4 large tomatoes
Garnish with fresh dill
In a small bowl combine tuna, mayonnaise, curry powder, pepper, salt, dill, celery, carrot and green onions. Stir well. Cut a thin slice from the top of each tomato and scoop out most of the pulp leaving a thick shell so that the tomato will hold its shape. Stuff each tomato with tuna salad mixture. Garnish with dill.
